Courtney Atkins
Courtney Atkins, MHA and Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà alumnus, has been a lecturer at Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà since 2004. She has been working in data management and reporting in LA and Orange Counties in governmental and non-profit provider settings. She is currently at MemorialCare Health System where she has been since 2005. Recently, she has been more focused on using new reporting tools and technologies to bring self-service reporting to all levels of the organization. She is passionate about using data to make actionable management decisions and explains many different real-world examples to her students. She frequently teaches HCA 465 Analysis and Evaluation.
Courtney Atkins received her bachelor’s degree in pre-med biology from UC Riverside and her master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
